 AN ACT to amend the state law, in relation  to  designating  the  colors
   blue and yellow as the official colors of the state of New York
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. The state law is amended by adding a new section 93 to read
 as follows:
   § 93. STATE COLORS.  THE COLORS BLUE AND YELLOW SHALL BE THE  OFFICIAL
 COLORS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
