 AN ACT authorizing the city of New York to transfer and  convey  certain
   state  land  to  the  Amity Little League, Inc.; and providing for the
   repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1.  Subject to the provisions of this act but notwithstanding
 any other provision of law to the contrary, the city of New York  acting
 through The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services
 is  hereby authorized to transfer and convey to the Amity Little League,
 Inc., in consideration of one dollar and upon such  other  consideration
 as the commissioner of The New York City Department of Citywide Services
 may  deem  proper,  the land known or formerly known as the Amity Little
 League Baseball Complex and more particularly described in  section  two
 of  this  act  to  be  used  for the purposes of recreational, sporting,
 educational, and community development purposes.
   § 2. The lands authorized by section one of this act to be transferred
 and conveyed are as follows:
   ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of  land,  situate,  lying  and
 being  in  Brooklyn,  County of Kings, City of New York and State of New
 York, being bounded and described as follows:
   BEGINNING at an intersection of the southerly side of Avenue V and the
 easterly side of Brigham Street,
   RUNNING THENCE southerly along the easterly side of Brigham Street  to
 the  point  of  intersection  of the easterly side of Brigham Street and
 northerly face of concrete base-wall for the chain link  fence  dividing
 the  property  of  PS-194  and  the property of Amity Little League Ball
 Field 315.42 feet,
   THENCE easterly along the line forming  an  interior  angle  with  the
 easterly  side of Brigham Street of 90 degrees 02 minutes 12 seconds and
