 AN ACT to repeal section 19-0306-b  of  the  environmental  conservation
   law, relating to  providing that one hundred percent of in-state sales
   of  new passenger cars and trucks shall be zero-emissions by two thou-
   sand thirty-five

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 19-0306-b of the environmental conservation law is
 REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
