AN ACT to amend the civil rights law, in relation to discrimination
against vaccinated persons
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The civil rights law is amended by adding a new section
40-h to read as follows:
§ 40-H. DISCRIMINATION AGAINST VACCINATED PERSONS. A PERSON WHO
EXCLUDES FROM THE EQUAL ENJOYMENT OF ANY ACCOMMODATION, FACILITY OR
PRIVILEGE FURNISHED BY INNKEEPERS OR COMMON CARRIERS, AMUSEMENT OR
RESORT, ANY PERSON BECAUSE THE PERSON RECEIVED A VACCINATION, IS GUILTY
OF A MISDEMEANOR.
§ 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
