 AN ACT to repeal subdivision 6 of section 308 of the vehicle and traffic
   law, relating to periodic inspections for police vehicles

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 6 of section 308 of the vehicle and traffic law
 is REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
