 Introduced  by  Sen.  ASHBY  -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Housing, Construction  and
   Community Development
 
 AN  ACT  to amend the real property law, in relation to capital improve-
   ment costs pursuant to which a manufactured  home  park  may  increase
   rent above three percent

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 2 of section 233-b of the real
 property law, as added by section 12 of part O of chapter 36 of the laws
 of 2019, is amended to read as follows:
   (c) Increases in costs which are directly related to capital  improve-
 ments,  AS  DEFINED BY SECTION ELEVEN HUNDRED ONE OF THE TAX LAW, in the
 park.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
