    Elective and appointive officers

    Alternative County Government (ACG) CHAPTER 11-B, ARTICLE 5

    § 203. Elective and appointive officers. Except as otherwise provided
    in this chapter, all officers paid from county funds shall continue to
    be elected or appointed as provided in the constitution and laws of this
    state.
