Confirmation by board of supervisors

§ 204. Confirmation by board of supervisors. Confirmation of
appointment of the head of any department or office when required, shall
be by affirmative vote of a majority of the whole number of members of
the board of supervisors taken at a regular meeting or at a special
meeting of the board of supervisors called for that purpose.
