    Confidential positions

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 2

    § 10. Confidential positions. The deputy commissioners, secretary and
    counsel shall be deemed to occupy confidential positions to the
    commissioner, and may be appointed without competitive examination.
