Penalties

§ 135-c. Penalties. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions
of this article or the rules and regulations duly adopted pursuant
thereto shall be subject to the penalty provisions of section
thirty-nine of this chapter, in addition to the remedies provided in
this article.
