    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 8

    § 135-f. Publication. The commissioner shall publish at least
    annually, in such forms as he may deem proper, a report of the results
    of the analyses of official samples of commercial feed distributed
    within the state and any violations established as a result thereof.
