Revocation of license
Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 10-A
§ 147-f. Revocation of license. The commissioner may revoke a license
when he is satisfied that the application for the license was false or
misleading in any particular, or that any representation made by the
licensee, either upon the label or in advertising or otherwise, is false
or misleading.
