    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 11-A

    § 151-f. Program funds. The commissioner is authorized to accept for
    deposit in an account within the miscellaneous special revenue fund
    contributions from any source to support the purposes of this article.
