    SECTION 16-A

    Food products containing nitrous oxide; packaging

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 2

    § 16-a. Food products containing nitrous oxide; packaging. The
    commissioner shall promulgate rules and regulations to require that all
    food products containing nitrous oxide be offered for sale in tamper
    evident packaging. For the purposes of this section, the term "tamper
    evident packaging" shall mean packaging having an indicator or barrier
    to entry which, if breached or missing, can reasonably be expected to
    provide visible evidence to consumers that tampering has occurred.
