Application of article
Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 13-C
§ 160-t. Application of article. This article shall not apply to
lettuce which lettuce is ultimately grown outside of the state of New
York and only transported through or within this state for sale outside
New York.
