    SECTION 247-A

    Liability to person injured

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 20

    § 247-a. Liability to person injured. Any dealer, who violates any
    provisions of section two hundred forty-six of this article, shall be
    liable to the person injured thereby for the full amount of damages
    resulting from such violation.
