    SECTION 250-I

    Rules and regulations

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 20

    § 250-i. Rules and regulations. The commissioner is hereby authorized,
    after public hearing, to adopt such rules and regulations as he or she
    may deem necessary to administer the provisions of this article. Such
    rules and regulations shall be filed and open for public inspection at
    the principal offices of the department and with the secretary of state.
