    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 21-B

    § 258-gg. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall be authorized,
    after inquiry and public hearing, to promulgate and adopt rules and
    regulations to supplement and give full effect to the provisions of this
    article.
