    SECTION 326

    Promulgation of rules and regulations

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 25-AAA

    § 326. Promulgation of rules and regulations. The commissioner is
    empowered to promulgate such rules and regulations and to prescribe such
    forms as he or she deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this
    article.
