    SECTION 411

    Agreements with animal welfare organizations for assistance in emergencies and disasters

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 26-B

    § 411. Agreements with animal welfare organizations for assistance in
    emergencies and disasters. The commissioner is hereby authorized to
    enter into agreements with animal welfare organizations at no direct
    cost to the state to support the prevention of, preparedness for,
    response to, and recovery from emergencies and disasters affecting
    animals in New York state.
