Waiving of requirements authorized
Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 26-C
§ 434. Waiving of requirements authorized. The commissioner is hereby
authorized to waive the requirements established pursuant to this
article during a disaster emergency, provided that an official
declaration of such disaster emergency has been made by the governor or
his or her delegated state official pursuant to section twenty-eight of
the executive law.
