    SECTION 96-I

    General powers

    Agriculture & Markets (AGM) CHAPTER 69, ARTICLE 5-B

    § 96-i. General powers. The department, through the commissioner, is
    hereby vested with the power to administer and enforce the provisions of
    this article.
