    SECTION 664

    Unlawful investments by officers of mutual savings banks

    Banking (BNK) CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 13-D

    § 664. Unlawful investments by officers of mutual savings banks. Any
    officer or trustee of a mutual savings bank authorizing or making any
    investment of the funds of the bank in securities not authorized by law,
    is guilty of a misdemeanor.
