    Uniformity of application and construction

    Banking (BNK) CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 13-F

    * § 680-n. Uniformity of application and construction. In applying and
    construing the provisions of this uniform special deposits act, a court
    shall consider the promotion of uniformity of the law among
    jurisdictions that enact it.
