Changes in bridges and highways on or over canals and canal lands
Canal (CAL) CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE 7
§ 69-a. Changes in bridges and highways on or over canals and canal
lands. The commissioner of transportation shall notify the corporation
as to any changes planned for the bridges and highways on or over canals
and canal lands which may have an impact on canal operations.
