    Vacancy

    Assembly Rules (CMA) CHAPTER , RULE 1

    § 2. Vacancy. Whenever a vacancy shall occur in the office of the
    Speaker, the Majority Leader shall be the Acting Speaker until the
    Assembly shall re-assemble.
