    Waiver of fees for veterans' organizations

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 5

    * § 226-c. Waiver of fees for veterans' organizations. The board of
    supervisors of Washington county or Saratoga county is hereby authorized
    to waive fees, including but not limited to building permit review fees
    and fees associated with capital improvements to any post or hall owned
    by a not-for-profit congressionally chartered veterans' organization
    located in such county.
