    SECTION 229

    Erection and dissolution of towns

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 5

    § 229. Erection and dissolution of towns. The board of supervisors
    shall perform the duties prescribed by the town law relating to the
    erection of new towns and the dissolution of towns.
