    Additional powers granted under other laws

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 5

    § 234. Additional powers granted under other laws. Nothing herein
    shall be deemed to affect or impair the provisions of any other act of
    the legislature granting additional powers to appropriate and expend
    county funds for county objects and purposes.
