    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 24

    § 913. Official undertakings of subordinates in offices of county
    clerks. The county clerk of each such county may in his discretion
    require any deputy, assistant, clerk, employee or subordinate appointed
    by him to give a bond and may determine the amount thereof.
