    SECTION 940

    Commissioner of finance as trustee of cemetery lots

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 24

    § 940. Commissioner of finance as trustee of cemetery lots. The
    commissioner of finance of the city of New York shall perform the duties
    as a trustee of cemetery lots in the same manner as imposed on county
    treasurers by the provisions of this chapter.
