    SECTION 941

    Liability for torts

    County (CNT) CHAPTER 11, ARTICLE 24

    § 941. Liability for torts. The provisions of sections fifty-two,
    fifty-three and fifty-four of this chapter shall apply to the counties
    constituting the city of New York.
