Sale of property
Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 13
§ 323. Sale of property. The court in the judicial district in which a
person is sentenced to life imprisonment may empower, authorize and
direct a committee of such person to sell any of the real or personal
property of such person, and to do whatever may be deemed necessary in
the management of any of such person's property in the manner prescribed
for a committee of an incompetent. The court may from time to time, in
the manner prescribed upon the sale of the property of an infant, if it
deems it necessary, or that the estate will be benefited thereby, direct
the sale of any of the real or personal property by said committee, and

such committees in the performance of their duties; and may from time to
time modify and alter its direction or orders in any matter pertaining
to an estate.
