    SECTION 48

    Preference

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 3

    § 48. Preference. Any action or proceeding commenced by the commission
    pursuant to this article shall have a preference over all other cases,
    except habeas corpus proceedings, pending before the court.
