Applicability
Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 22-A
* § 630. Applicability. This article shall be applicable only to
prisoners sentenced to institutions operated by a department of
correction in cities having a population of one million or more or by a
county which elects to have this article apply thereto.
