    Death penalty inflicted by lethal injection

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 22-B

    § 658. Death penalty inflicted by lethal injection. The punishment of
    death shall be inflicted by lethal injection; that is, by the
    intravenous injection of a substance or substances in a lethal quantity
    into the body of a person convicted until such person is dead.
