    SECTION 706

    Certificate not to be deemed to be a pardon

    Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 23

    § 706. Certificate not to be deemed to be a pardon. Nothing contained
    in this article shall be deemed to alter or limit or affect the manner
    of applying for pardons to the governor, and no certificate issued
    hereunder shall be deemed or construed to be a pardon.
