Incarcerated individual not agent of state
Correction (COR) CHAPTER 43, ARTICLE 26
§ 861. Incarcerated individual not agent of state. An incarcerated
individual participating in a work release program shall not, merely by
reason of such participation, be deemed an agent, employee or servant of
the state while outside the premises of an institution pursuant to the
terms of a work release program.
