    Construction

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 1

    § 104. Construction. The civil practice law and rules shall be
    liberally construed to secure the just, speedy and inexpensive
    determination of every civil judicial proceeding.
