    SECTION 1413

    Applicability

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 14-A

    § 1413. Applicability. This article shall apply to all causes of
    action accruing on or after September first, nineteen hundred
    seventy-five.
