    Definitions

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 21-A

    § 2110. Definitions. For purposes of this section, "facsimile
    transmission" and "electronic means" shall be as defined in subdivision
    (f) of rule 2103 of this chapter.
