    SECTION 3105

    Notice to party in default

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 31

    Rule 3105. Notice to party in default. When a party is in default for
    failure to appear, he shall not be entitled to notice or service of any
    copy required under this article.
