    Legally protected health activities

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 3-A

    § 350. Legally protected health activities. Notwithstanding any
    general or special law, common law, or conflict of law rule to the
    contrary, the laws of this state shall govern in any case or controversy
    heard in this state related to legally protected health activity, as
    defined by section 570.17 of the criminal procedure law.
