    SECTION 4107

    Judge present at examination of jurors

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 41

    Rule 4107. Judge present at examination of jurors. On application of
    any party, a judge shall be present at the examination of the jurors.
