    SECTION 5407

    Uniformity of interpretation

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 54

    § 5407. Uniformity of interpretation. This article shall be so
    construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law
    of those states which enact these provisions.
