    Appeals to appellate division from other courts of original instance

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 57

    § 5702. Appeals to appellate division from other courts of original
    instance. An appeal may be taken to the appellate division from any
    judgment or order of a court of original instance other than the supreme
    court or a county court in accordance with the statute governing
    practice in such court.
