    Costs of the proceeding

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 75-A

    § 7553. Costs of the proceeding. The administrative expense of
    arbitrations shall be paid from the arbitration administration fund
    established pursuant to section five thousand six hundred three of the
    insurance law.
