    SECTION 7557

    Reparation offers; denials of liability

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 75-A

    § 7557. Reparation offers; denials of liability. All communications
    incidental to settlement made orally or in writing by any party shall
    not be disclosed to the arbitration panel, unless all parties consent to
    such disclosure.
