    Modification and judicial review of decision

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 75-A

    § 7565. Modification and judicial review of decision. A decision of a
    panel of arbitrators shall be binding on all parties, unless modified or
    vacated pursuant to section seven thousand five hundred nine or seven
    thousand five hundred eleven of this chapter.
