    SECTION 8202

    Amount of costs on motion

    Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 82

    § 8202. Amount of costs on motion. Costs awarded on a motion shall be
    in an amount fixed by the court, not exceeding one hundred dollars.
